House Management Services - expert care for your home
- Subscription service based on a biannual maintenance inspection from which we create and prioritize a list of needed maintenance items as well as needed repairs
- Schedule repairs and follow-up as needed
- Help with larger projects such as remodeling, new deck, room addition
House Watch Services – peace of mind in your absence
- Periodic checks for leaks, storm damage, HVAC problems
- Key holding service – we will let contractors in for needed projects as they arise
- Car Starting/driving
